- Do I need POS integration?
- No. The web scanner runs on a phone or tablet next to the till. If you want points tied directly to purchases later, an API is available on the Chain plan.
- Can I send offers to members?
- Yes. Push campaigns land on the lock screen, right by the card. Send to everyone, or only to those who have not shopped in a while. No email, no spam filter.
- What about GDPR?
- Consent is collected on joining, data is stored encrypted in the EU, and customers can leave at any time. The data is yours, and we never sell it.
