For hotels
Regulars book direct. Give them a card that shows it.
Every room booked through a portal costs 15 to 25 percent commission. A VIP card in the guest's Wallet gives them a reason to come straight to you: a perk they see on their lock screen, and a front desk that knows them.
A perk that lives in the pocket
Late checkout, welcome coffee or a standing direct-booking discount. The perk is printed on the card, and the card sits in Wallet until the next trip is planned.
The desk sees who is standing there
One scan shows the guest is a VIP. No searching the system, no questions. Repeat guests notice being noticed.
Reviews at checkout
The review card on the desk catches the good-stay feeling before the taxi arrives. Hotels live on their Google stars.
How it works
Create the VIP card
Pick the perks and upload your logo. The card looks like your hotel, not like our software.
Share at checkout
The QR code sits at reception or in the confirmation email. The guest adds the card to Wallet in one tap.
Recognise the guest
On the next visit the desk scans the card. The perk is applied, and the guest booked direct.
Questions from hotels
- Do I need an integration with my booking system?
- No. The card works fully independent of your PMS. The desk scans with a phone or tablet, and the dashboard shows who came back. You can start today without involving IT.
- What should the VIP perk be?
- Something that costs you little and means a lot to the guest: late checkout, an upgrade when capacity allows, or ten percent on direct bookings. The commission you save on one portal booking pays for the perk many times over.
- Does it work for several hotels in one group?
- Yes. Each hotel scans for itself, and the dashboard shows visits per location. The guest holds one card that works at all your properties.
