The platform

What is KORTA?

KORTA is a customer engagement platform for physical businesses: cafés, salons, gyms, restaurants and shops. Everything starts in one moment: a customer at the counter taps a card or scans a QR code.

From that moment, KORTA builds two things at once: more Google reviews and customers who come back. No app to download, no plastic to print, no POS integration to wait for. A business is live in under five minutes.

One tap

The customer holds their phone to the NFC card on the counter. The phone opens the right page instantly: Google reviews or their loyalty card.

One event

Every tap, stamp and redemption is stored as an event. That spine is what everything else is built on.

One dashboard

The business sees it all in one place: taps today, new customers, rewards, and who actually comes back.

Two modules, one platform

Both modules live on the same spine: the touchpoint at the counter, the events behind it and the insight on top.

More reviews, without the begging

Google Reviews

  • An NFC card on the counter: the customer taps and lands straight on your Google review page.
  • The QR code works the same day, before the cards in the post have arrived.
  • Every tap is counted: today, this week, per card and per location.
  • Cards can be paused, named («The counter», «Table 4») and tracked individually.

The stamp card that lives in the phone

Wallet Loyalty

  • Digital stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. No app, no cardboard.
  • A customer joins in ten seconds: scan, type a name, done.
  • Staff stamp with the browser scanner, two seconds per customer.
  • Reward at the goal, redeemed at the till, everything logged.

How a business gets started

Measured in minutes, not in project meetings.

  1. 1

    Log in with email

Magic link, no password to remember. The account exists the moment the owner needs it.

  2. 2

    Create the card

Name, card type, logo. The colours are pulled from the logo automatically, and the card renders live as you type.

  3. 3

    Put up the QR

An A5 poster straight from the dashboard. The counter works today; the NFC cards arrive in the post after.

  4. 4

    Activate the NFC cards

The cards arrive blank with a code on the back. Type the code into the dashboard and the card is live the second it saves.

  5. 5

    Watch it roll

Taps, new customers and stamps tick in on Home. The checklist shows what's left until it runs itself.

What the customer experiences

Ten seconds the first time. One tap every time after.

  1. 1

    Tap the card

Phone to the NFC card on the counter, and the page opens itself. No app, no download.

  2. 2

    Join in ten seconds

Type a name, and the card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in the business's logo and colours.

  3. 3

    Tap again, get a stamp

The next time the customer taps the same card, KORTA recognises them and applies the stamp automatically.

  4. 4

    The reward arrives by itself

Card full? The screen turns warm and the reward is waiting. Staff redeem it with one tap.

The first tap adds the card. Every tap after stamps it.

The programmable NFC card is both things at once: a signup poster for new customers and a stamping machine for the regulars. A cooldown between stamps makes sure ten quick taps never become ten stamps.

The cards

Everything physical is one product: a touchpoint with a short code. What happens on tap is decided in the dashboard, not in the plastic.

Review card

Tap → your Google review page. The card that collects stars.

Wallet card

Tap → join the first time, a stamp every time after. The loyalty club in one card.

Hybrid card

Tap → a choice page: add the card or leave a review. The counter's all-rounder.

Counter stand

The same chip in a stand built for the counter. Visible, steady, always in place.

Cards ship blank and are activated with the code on the back. Nothing is programmed per order, and a card can be given a new job at any time. Kits of 3 (390 kr) or 10 (990 kr), paid securely via Stripe.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a counter and regulars. Dedicated pages and card designs exist for, among others:

  • Cafés and coffee bars
  • Bakeries
  • Hairdressers and salons
  • Gyms
  • Restaurants and takeaway
  • Retail shops

  • Tattoo studios
  • Sports clubs

One screen per job, one primary action per screen.
